Week 1: The Call to a Different Life

The call to follow Jesus is not a call to blend in with the world. It is a call to transformation.

In a culture that constantly pressures people to conform, the Kingdom of God calls believers to something radically different. Jesus did not come simply to improve our lives or add a religious layer to our routines. He came to give us a new identity, a new nature, and a new way to live.

Built Different is a two week journey into the heart of discipleship. Through Scripture we will discover that the life of a follower of Jesus is not defined by cultural trends, personal preference, or religious tradition. It is defined by transformation through the Word of God and the Spirit of God.

This series will challenge us to examine our allegiance, confront the places where we have blended in with the world, and respond to the call of Christ to become people who are shaped by the Kingdom.

Because disciples of Jesus are not meant to look like everyone else.

We are meant to be built different.
